These are not a substitute for working ONE on ONE with me to repair the root cause of your issues, they are a starting point to your health journey or continuation after working with me. I may send some of the recipes or information along with your personalized plan when we work together as well.

Each PLAN comes with recipes as well as lifestyle and supplement recommendations too! I can't make it any easier than this, and no I will not come cook for you too!
